On Monday 9th December 2024 we were blessed with a visit from Nigel, Sophie and Mary from the Blue Sky Trust and Positive Voices.
They talked to our sixth form about HIV as part of our Relationships and Sex Education programme. Nigel, Sophie and Mary explored what HIV was, how it can be transmitted and busting the stigma surrounding what life is like living with HIV and what effective treatment there is out there to help manage life with HIV. They spoke openly and confidentially and gave first-hand experiences to dispel
any myths surrounding HIV. We are very grateful for the amazing support of Nigel, Sophie and Mary and we hope to work with them again in the future too. God bless.
