An excellent cup tie on Monday between our U16 girls and Kepier school in the U16 County Cup.
We went 3-0 up before half time only to be pegged back to 3-2. Into the final 10 minutes of the game and we added a fourth before a quick return from Kepier to make it 4-3. The ball continued to be end to end with some strong plays from both teams. The final minute saw us get 4 successive corners with the final one turning in. Final whistle ended the game at 5-3. Well done girls, with particular mention to the goal scorers, Leila H x 4 and Amber R x 1 and several fabulous through balls from Sofia M to assist the goals.
